Apparently, a lot of people want the opportunity to speak at SEETEST 2019, and we are pleasantly surprised. People have been asking us to grant them more time so they can send their proposals on time and we finally caved… So, due to the high interest to our Call for Papers, we’ve decided to extend the deadline to April 22!

Speaker benefits:

In case we accept your submission, we will provide you with the following:

• Free registration to the SEETEST 2019 Conference
• Accommodation for 2 nights if the speaker is not located in Bucharest
• Full set of conference materials
• Free participation in the Social Event

Expectations:

• Track presentation is 45 min, including time for questions
• Submission and presentation must be in English language
• You should submit not only the paper abstract, but also the full paper in final version.
• Submit your paper according to the template which we provide HERE
• Forward the conference news and actively promote the conference to your contacts
• We intend to publish some of the presentations at SEETEST online at our web site and need your confirmation that we are allowed to do so
