Rik will be giving his talk ‘Sustainability – the new quality characteristic’ where he will be explaining his self-coined quality characteristic ‘Sustainability’, and how it aligns with other quality characteristics of the ISO25010 standard, and how to use Sustainability when creating new IT systems. He will also discuss an approach to improving sustainability of existing IT systems, with the goal to enable participants to contribute to sustainability from the perspective of quality engineering and testing.
