After the great success of SEETEST 2008 and despite the challenges of the world crisis, I am very pleased to present to you the Second South East European Software Testing Conference – SEETEST 2009, on June 16-17, 2009 in Sofia. SEETEST 2009 is organized by Quality House, iSQI and the SEETB and supported by most of the associations that represent the IT industry in South East Europe.

Out of over 30 tutorial and paper submissions from 15 countries, i.e. Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, India, Iran, Italy, Israel, Latvia, Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Sweden, The Netherlands, UK and the USA, the Program Committee compiled an excellent conference program addressing a broad range of topics on software quality including Test Management, Test Methodology, Automated and Performance Testing, Agile Testing and Test Process Improvement. The Conference will feature keynotes and tutorials of internationally renowned speakers as well as high-quality presentations from members of the quality engineering community. SEETEST 2009 is an international conference and therefore all lectures will be given in English.

On June 16th and 17th, leading experts will come to the Bulgarian capital to share the latest news, practical and research insights, experiences and advances in software quality and testing. Use your chance to meet the experts and VIPs in the software quality business – during the Conference or at the Social Event.

At the exhibition, which will be running both Tuesday and Wednesday, international companies working in the software quality field will demonstrate their tools and services. On the Conference day there will be an ISTQB Certified Tester exam provided by the South East European Testing Board and iSQI.
